Fareoworld is committed to providing transparent pricing information. The total cost of a travel reservation may include supplier charges, government taxes, airport fees, port charges, resort fees, carrier-imposed surcharges, foreign exchange adjustments, and Fareoworld service fees where applicable.

All prices, quotes, and estimates are subject to availability and supplier confirmation at the time of booking. Government taxes, supplier fees, exchange rates, and other travel-related charges may change without prior notice. If a material change impacts the total cost of a reservation before ticketing or confirmation, Fareoworld will notify the traveler and obtain approval before proceeding whenever required.

The fees and ranges referenced on this page are illustrative examples only and should not be interpreted as fixed, guaranteed, minimum, or maximum charges. Actual fees may vary depending on travel dates, destination, supplier requirements, itinerary complexity, servicing needs, booking value, and other relevant factors. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before payment authorization.

Fareoworld reserves the right to waive, reduce, modify, or increase service fees at its sole discretion, subject to disclosure before booking confirmation or payment processing.

Flight Booking Fees

Airfare pricing may include the airline's base fare, government taxes, airport charges, security fees, carrier-imposed surcharges, fuel surcharges, and other mandatory charges determined by airlines, airports, and governmental authorities. Fareoworld does not control these charges.

Hotel Booking Fees

Hotel reservations may include room charges, occupancy taxes, tourism taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), destination fees, resort fees, service charges, and other mandatory fees imposed by hotels or local authorities.

Certain fees may be collected directly by the hotel at check-in or check-out and may not be included in the prepaid reservation amount.

Car Rental Fees

Car rental pricing may include base rental charges, local taxes, airport concession fees, vehicle licensing fees, recovery fees, and other charges assessed by rental providers or government authorities.

Optional products such as insurance coverage, fuel plans, toll programs, GPS devices, child seats, additional drivers, and other ancillary services are generally not included unless expressly stated.

Cruise Booking Fees

Cruise pricing may include cruise fares, government taxes, port charges, administrative fees, mandatory gratuities, and other charges imposed by cruise operators and destination authorities.

Optional onboard purchases, specialty dining, beverage packages, spa services, shore excursions, internet packages, and other onboard services are generally not included unless specifically stated.

Vacation Package Fees

Vacation packages may include flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, sightseeing activities, tours, transportation services, and other travel components supplied by one or more travel providers.

Package pricing may include taxes, fees, and supplier-imposed charges from multiple providers, which can change until booking confirmation.

Payment Processing & Currency Conversion

Travel components may occasionally be priced in foreign currencies. Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates are determined by financial institutions, payment processors, suppliers, or applicable market rates at the time of processing.

Any applicable payment processing fees, foreign transaction charges, bank fees, wire transfer fees, or currency conversion costs will be disclosed before payment authorization when known and applicable.

Fareoworld does not guarantee exchange rates and is not responsible for fluctuations in currency values occurring before or after payment processing.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, car rental company, insurance provider, or other travel supplier associated with the reservation.

Fareoworld service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Where a supplier approves a refund, Fareoworld may deduct any applicable administrative, servicing, processing, or cancellation fees that were disclosed during the booking process.

Refund processing times vary by supplier, payment processor, financial institution, and method of payment. Fareoworld cannot guarantee refund processing timelines.

Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a guarantee of refund eligibility, refund amounts, cancellation rights, supplier credits, or future travel credits.
